This year, HPOP conducted its first round of polling and sampling between late February and early March, receiving responses from a random sample of 2,010 young Americans on a wide range of issues. Now, with the 2024 presidential election more than underway, their results come at a vital time for public discourse.
For the sake of the Supreme Court’s legitimacy and for the sake of our republic, it is essential that those who sit on the bench do so with respect for one another.
With the patience, perseverance, and resilience of America’s democracy and legal system, this decision will one day be disregarded, like the many before it which sought to deny dignity to the citizens of this country.
