Immigration Panel: Battles Won and the Fight Ahead

 
On April 30, Act on a Dream, in conjunction with many groups on campus such as IOP’s Citizenship Tutoring and Korean Student Association, held a panel on immigration reform titled “Battles Won and the Fight Ahead.” It featured four experts on the immigration reform movement (in order of appearance):
Lizbeth Hernandez – Director of Act on a Dream
Sofia Campos – Board Chair of United We Dream
Dong Yong Kim – Program Associate at National Korean American Service and Education Consortium
Carlos Rojas Alvarez – Campaign Coordinator at Student Immigration Movement
Roberto Gonzalez – Professor at Harvard Graduate School of Education
