I’m on the side of logic, Matt. Logic says that you pay a woman more or less, that you let a union form or not, that a worker is hired or kicked into the street. The pie does not expand if you let it go to whoever happens to have the most power, and the pie especially does not expand if you weight the game toward management, towards capital, and towards those with the most ability to fight for themselves above others.
